Article 2 (Establishment of Service Membership)

  1. Membership is established upon the Company’s approval of a user’s application and the user’s agreement to these Terms.
  2. Applicants must provide personal information as requested by the Company.
  3. Upon approval, the Company shall notify the user of the assigned ID and any other information deemed necessary.
  4. The registered ID cannot be changed, and only one ID may be issued per individual.
  5. The Company may reject membership applications in the following cases:
    a. If the application is made using another person’s identity
    b. If the applicant does not use their real name
    c. If false information is provided in the application
    d. If the application is made for purposes that disrupt public order or morals

Article 3 (Use and Limitation of Services)

  1. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there are operational or technical difficulties.
  2. Service availability may be temporarily restricted for system maintenance or other necessary reasons, with prior notice to members.
  3. Online consultation services may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the availability of the personnel in charge.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. All registered members may use the services free of charge.
  2. If the Company decides to introduce paid services, it shall announce the timing, pricing, and policies in advance.

Chapter 3. Membership Withdrawal, Re-Registration, and Service Restrictions

Article 1 (Membership Withdrawal)

  1. Members wishing to withdraw must request cancellation directly via email to the administrator.
  2. To process the withdrawal, members must provide identifying information such as name, national ID number, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal.
  3. If login using the existing ID and password is no longer possible, the membership is considered terminated.

  1. A former member may request re-registration via email.
  2. Identifying information such as name, national ID number, ID, and phone number must be provided.
  3. Re-registration is complete once login using the existing ID and password is successful.

Article 3 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may terminate or suspend service use without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following activities:
a. Acts that violate public order or morals
b. Criminal activities
c. Actions that harm national or public interests
d. Unauthorized use of another person’s ID or password
e. Defamation or causing harm to others
f. Multiple registrations by the same individual
g. Actions that disrupt normal service operation
h. Violations of applicable laws or these Terms


Chapter 4. Limitation of Liability

Article 1 (Online Consultation)

  1. The Company strives to protect the confidentiality of consultation content but shall not be liable in the following cases:
    a. Disclosure due to user negligence
    b. Deletion by the user
    c. Force majeure events beyond the Company’s control
  2. Consultation content may be reviewed internally for quality purposes.
  3. Consultation content may be used for academic, publication, or service improvement purposes after removing personal information.
  4. Consultation responses reflect individual opinions and do not represent the Company’s official position.
  5. The Company may refuse consultation requests that are repetitive or inappropriate.

  2. The Company does not endorse specific products, tests, or treatments.
